    I have been contemplating for over a month now... I feel that this is the right time. I am going to compete in my first NPC competition in March. I know that I am small, but I feel that this can be a learning experience. I guess I am breaking out of my shell. I usually tak a full year to prepare for a competition and use a 12 week cut cycle. I will be on the accelerated program this time with the cycle only being 8 weeks.
    I am going up and I am going to fight for my place. Hopefully it isnt last. LOL
    My time that I am able to compete is limited so I am going to make the most of it while I can.

    I am curious of what everyone is doing for workout/ cardio.
    How many workouts per day? Per week?
    Do you do cardio with your workout? If so, why or why not?
    Is your preference am or pm for your workout?
    Sets per body part? Rep range?

    I think that seeing different strategies could be a learning expereince.

    Are you going to do an open or masters or both? If it’s your first NPC you can do novice as well. I’d suggest you do all 3.

    I’m M-F. A body part each day.
    1-2 warm up / feeler sets
    2 working sets
    4-8 rep range. I’m going heavy
    Also doing rest pause, drops, negatives and super sets.
