Debating how to run clen this go around. I have run it two weeks on, two weeks off and I've run it 6 weeks straight taking keto. My thoughts were to go the two weeks deal, and run eac the two off weeks, and run it like that the whole 12 weeks. But I also thought about running eac for 6 weeks, and clen the last 6 weeks. Any thoughts?

I think after the comp you should mess with this. No need for gear or clean for you

I'd run T3 the whole time. Then I'd save the Clen for the last half of this cycle. Clen is really good at getting to that stubborn body fat, which at the start of the cycle you won't really need to do as the easy body fat will come off first . use the EAC stack mid cycle.

Fully agree. Clen is a better finisher. Eca seems to work better for higher bf

All states require an e log. You show your id and sign and 15 bucks gets you 60 25mg tabs. Each state has its own limitations on what you can buy. Small pharmacies dont usually carry it. Walgreesns and cvs like money though, so their pharmacists moral obligations dont interfere.

Small town pharmacists look at you like a tweeker if you try to buy it there. I tried to buy some in my towns pharmacy nd they had primatene on the shelf. I told them it was suppose to be E-logged as any ephedrine containing substance.

Attached are my pics. Unfortunately carbs got the best of me the last 3 weeks and I gained 10 lbs.... not on purpose. I am very carb sensitive and changes in carbs affect me drastically. At least now I have a chance of winning. LOL

do you have hardware in your lower back, or was it just a discectomy?
I've got the same problem now. have 6 screws, brackets, a cage, rods, in my back. used to have a good valley of separation down my lower back, now that is totally gone. my thought was to thicken up the spinal erectors over time, but not really sure

I did a pic like that too in the last competition but I had nowhere to hang the phone, old phone had no timer, had noone there at the moment to take pics etc, I got away with it, but if BG does a double bicep with both hands we can still see the improvement when comparing. Though if you guys think it's unfair and he's pulling angles (come on he's huge, 12 weeks is not a long time for him to add size

) then we could standardize it so that everyone finds a way to take pics posing properly.
