Another good leg day, went up to a whopping 185 on squats. Didn't seem to bother back, will ease up to 225 next week, if everything goes good Friday with back doctor. Hit the elliptical for five mins...lol
Wasn't planning on starting cardio till jan, but there was a very hot girl on the treadmill in front of me. She's a dancer at Georgia, home for the holidays

I’m hopin my groin will allow me to go up to that today. One thing I have done in leu of full barbell squats is walking lunges with a 60 lbs barbell for 100 feet then rep out 20 perfect and deep slow squats. My quads feel like they are going to pop because there is so much blood in them after that...

I am not going to lie I slack on leg workouts and even skip quite often.
I decided I needed to start doing legs like every other body part. So last Friday I did a leg work out with a mother and daughter from the gym that are leg fanatics. Today is the first day I have been able to walk without pain. I might even be able to squat down by Friday.
No need for the pervert remarks she's married and the daughter is only 17 (not that would matter for some of you)

MGF is Mechano Growth Factor - it is a spliced variant of IGF (insulin like growth factor). both of which are naturally occurring in the body. the body uses MGF to repair and build muscle tissue, but more specifically for satellite cell proliferation (so MGF is an extremely anabolic variant of IGF).
GHRP - Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide - its an amino acid based peptide (just like growth hormone itself is) that works on the pituitary gland to promote release of growth hormone . I use it to sustain higher growth hormone levels and then running actual HGH on top of it to amplify my blood serum levels of GH (also to keep my pituarity releasing gh while on exogenous gh)

Back not doing good today, guess the squats yesterday was a bad idea. Go back to the doctor tomorrow to see if they gonna do the nerve ablation

Thanks cape. I was still able to get a good shoulder workout in today. Will mostly be doing cardio once the comp starts, so not doing squats shouldn't be a issue

When you first said Georgia Dancer I thought you were referring to a stripper at your favorite club.
She should be back right after the OU game. But then there is Basket Ball. Have you talked to her? Just say you "remind me of my daughter and you motivate me to work harder at the gym" just not in a creepy way, a dad type of way.
