It will allow to me lose fat while maintaining muscle, not to mention indirectly helping lose fat. I will be hardcore diet and cardio. For now I'm taking dbol to bloat me, any muscle gain will be a plus

Never used dianabol lol but I was thinking that muscle gain, even just water in the muscles will make you look muscular = you could save that for later. Personally when I used anadrol while low body fat I didn't see any bloat despite reading countless claims that it bloats you... Made my muscles a tad fuller perhaps!

Just wait until I post up my pics for payback time. Guns looking good, make sure you keep working out hard before the comp to give me an advantage.
Wife came home early and I thought I was going to get some action......ended up falling asleep due to the dull ass TV thing she had to watch first. Then she did not wake me up. She said I had not been sleeping enough. Then went to the store and got the junk food that is not allowed in the house due to she can have one bite but I will eat it all.
To sum up today, she hit me with my Colonoscopy appointment next week, no sex, slept through the gym and got me junk food. A typical day of being old and married. Bring on the competition.

I hate everyone of you that has talked about dirty bulking and trying to look like crap for Jan 2nd.
You're all bad influences
I've have been on the road for the last 2 days and I'm a mess already. In the 2 days I've done the following
Only packed 5 meals for 2 days
Eaten fast food 3 times (it was awesome)
Ate a shitty breakfast at the hotel
Went to a cheese cake factory (also awesome)
Went to a strip club
Had 5 crown and 7''s
Smoked 2 cigarettes
And topped it off with 2 candy bars.
I'm officially go back on the wagon tomorrow

you guy are silly trying to purposely make yourself look bad so your before pics show need for improvement...I never do these comps to win I just do what ive been doing consistently for the last 10 yrs as far as diet and training and I may use a small amount of aas probably just my trt maybe some tren cus I have it...winning means nothing to me I just like being a part of the comradery so I can encourage other competitors and see where I land...maybe I shouldn't even do this... there are already 11 people in we are usually lucky to get 3 or 4...

I will agree with you on this one. I have let myself go the last few months and I joke around but in all honesty I would never purposely gain weight and make myself look worse to win this comp. Winning means nothing to me on this, it is a good way to have fun and motivate myself. In the end I hope I look better than when I started, learn some things and have fun.
And yes I will start shit talking soon.

The knowledge of the people that are judges and competitors is incredible. Since getting on to this site, I have tried things that I never would have previously. Some worked and some didn’t for me, but for everything I tried I gained knowledge.
I just need to be careful because the new ideas will have me spending a lot of time researching. LOL
I’m over the half century point so hopefully there is some wisdom there.
