Actually rns likes to step in and push peoples buttons to get a rise out of them and he got what he asked for. Couch was ripping the ass of a troll at the time and rns stuck up for the troll (who had two usernames)

Couch is a good guy and no he isn't a telephone tough guy. I text him once in a while. Actually he has proven to be honorable by actual actions rather than letters typed on a webpage. One of three guys I have met on here that I can fully trust to do what he says.

Greatest thing about building relationships on a site like this (there is no site like this) over time is, you can actually make real life friends/brothers that you can count on for more than just entertainment.

PM'd him, he is recovering from a back surgery and can't go heavy. I'll ask him to judge though, if he follows the thread he will very likely have some good input (actually looking at the lineup and how many will follow this one there will be an abundance of advice for anyone who wants it seems!)

Interesting strategy . heck I'd even back off the AI for just a bit, then don't workout for a few days while junk food binge eating and get some edema and moon face going as well, you'll look fat as fuck in your before pic

theres a lot of strategy you could put into a transformation contest ,, something as simple as depleting the week before your 'after' pics and then carb loading and getting some super-compensation going on for picture day.

treat it like a bodybuilding show put the work in, but make sure you do the things needed to show off that hard work at the end (yeah, don't forget your tan and good lighting, thats the simple shit)

ugl, peptide, or research chem places is all I've ever used . if I want to test out a new peptide source then Melanotan is one of the first compounds I'll buy to see if its legit source of other peptides. the constant boners and easy tan are sides you can't fake or mentally trick yourself into
