Thanks man! I saw it and knew about the twisting but The other things are great feedback. I am used to posing in front of a mirror but I didn’t have a mirror. I need to get the feel down.
I have one pose that I added to my routine that I have no idea how to do correctly that I will post because I am sure that you can assist.

I always liked to start at my feet and start flexing each muscle working my way up. Ex calves to quads to hams to glutes all the way up to traps. That way I knew I was getting everything. Worked for me but you may have another routine that works for you.

It's so crazy to see how everyone judges different. At first, I thought we were getting a little carried away with the amount of judges, now I'm glad we had that many. Personally, I think charger for first, tarm second, and ms and diesel tie for third. They both lost a good bit of weight and added muscle

Just about every photo is that way for me.. it’s like wtf just happened. As I said, I have not mastered the mental game outside of the gym.

3x12 8lb decline bench ab ball throws
5 minutes on the bike
1/4 mile jog
Set of tricep extensions 90lb
Set of seated rows 120lb
1/4 mile jog

I do not want to take away from any of the competitors or the winner (whoever it may be). I am going to start a new thread “ on the road to my first NPC”. I would like competitors, judges, and any one else to criticize or assist me in my journey. I am like a sponge right now. Sometimes it is the simple comments that make a difference. I would even like comic relief because I have not yet mastered the mental aspect outside of the gym. DLP I expect you to keep me real and not fully absorbed!

Honestly feel weird to not have all judges call it and then pop in a month later and state who they would have voted for, essentially changing, or possibly anyway, the outcome.
