I am too embarrassed. I looked better IMO in the beginning pics. I just started my TRT back, yup, totally forgot it when I was sent up north to sit on my ass in classes for weeks and today was the first day back at the gym..... Those ladies kicked my ass in cardio and I could not even look at their asses. Need some test P to get me going and confidence back up. Now my job / work has been excellent if you would like to see those pics. LOL

Fuck if I regret this. I have been comparing pics of each position to the one above and the one below and this is what I can make of it, in terms of muscle gain and/or fat loss. I have penalized muscle loss and fat gain because that is a de-improvement. I don't get offended easily so any response I accept and would like to hear what you think of my scoring (or me lol), but for the other judges keep it respectful

You ever out ran an alligator?

They can run fast in a straight line for about 30-40 yards. The way to do is zig-zag away from them. They have those scrawny legs so they can’t turn or maneuver quick. And watch out for that tail, they can take your legs out really easy.

And as they say, just have to not be the slowest!

The gators are starting to come out now that it is warming up.

I pm'd Cousin my ranking a moment ago. They are similar to his, but not same. Here's my top five:
Charger-1
Tarmyg-2
Diesel-3
G-zan-4
MS-5

G-zan and MS are close. MS is closer toward competing but G-zan's fat loss is dramatic. Either way, you both did great and neither is clearly above the other.
Tarmyg did really great too but Charger did slightly better, IMO. I gave it to Charger because it's that much harder to start out big, cut and still grow. I envy both of you.
Diesel, your shoulders look great.

I "hook" my thumbs on the back side of my obliques. I push the scapulas outwards and rotate the elbows forward.

It was really tough ranking you guys. I'm old and slow, but I literally had hours involved in this. Everyone did phenomenal, especially considering the differences in ages, use or nonuse of anabolics, level of development, and of course the frustrating as hell injuries.

To add some comments to this

Guitarzan showed some serious change. Out of all the before and afters his is the most hard hitting like 'what the fuck' a tremendous change in body composition that i would put forward for the win.

Tarmyg and charger. Very close

This was a hard comp. Lots things to pull focus, injuries, families, the time of year.

But great job to those who finished. You should all be proud of yourselfs. Even to those that got most of the way through, life got in the way but you gave it your best shot.

Charger I had some good advantages early on when I started training. When I was 16-17 I trained in a very old hardcore bodybuilding gym full of old and a few young bbers even national level guys at top 3 in the heavy divisions. Some things I learned from them very quickly and easily and somehow my posing isn't too bad. I remember they said not to pull the skin on your midsection as it will stretch the skin on your lower back/lats and will take away definition from there and will take away separation/Christmas tree on the lower lat insertion. I do it anyway never been so lean that you can see any Xmas tree lol nor do I have enough muscle.
