    Damn.... I think I figured it out. I have been trying to determine why I would be holding water...... I am taking frag 176-191 and Melanotan. One or both of them must be causing me to hold water. Time to call rotor Reuter to get rid of the water.
    It is such a small amount I didn’t even think about it. Well at least I found it now.

    Too many back injuries and sicknesses this go around. Limited range of motion for all pictures. But I’m not a quitter so I’m posting pictures. I’m actually smaller than when I started, looking at the pictures. Which suck.

    My pics suck. I guess I shed too much water and was cramping like a mother. The good thing is taking what I learned and applying it over the next 4 weeks. Skin is too loose in the abs.

    How about if everyone gives information on what, if anything, they learned from this competition. It could be something about yourself, a first time stack, peptides, a result you didn’t expect, a better result than expected, anything.
