Cape, back injuries ain't no joke. I was in a situation that I could just not eat and make big changes, because I'm fat. Much easier to lose fat than gain muscle. Just like you, I may could have pushed it and not hurt my back, but could've made it worse too. I'm it for the long haul!

Chest and Tris yesterday,
Ok workout, my shoulder felt a lot better this weeks still stuck with smith machine bench and very controlled reps. Was able to do some incline dB presses wothout any problems. Last week that still hurt a bit. Got a fair bit of cardio on too, will do a pretty good session when I do back and Bi’s tonight.“If you can't explain it to a second grader, you probably don't understand it yourself.” Albert Einstein

Well, I think it’s time to donate blood again. Last night the breathing was hard and could not get to my previous HIIT speed. This morning was similar.
I will sacrifice this afternoons cardio and workout. I am told that you shouldn’t work out the same day you give blood. Is this true?

Back and Biceps tonight,
Superset everything, pulling motions with flies and curls with traps. Fun little workout and pretty intense.

Was planning to start another tren cycle next week, but figured I'd go ahead start it this past Monday, might help me sweat a little water out. June 8th will make a year I got back serious, so I'm gonna make a big push to see how far I can go in a year. I've pretty much already meet my goals for the first year, so I'm gonna see how far I can exceed them! Goal was to be 18% bf, I'm pretty close. Gonna change it to 15%, I'm guessing I was 35% plus

Well, feeling the lack of carbs and fasted workouts, no pre workout and no post workout but I have my EC stack to keep me going.
My body is playing tricks on me. Yesterday I lost .1 kg I consumed additional calories and today I lost 1.7 kg????? No workout / cardio last night because I gave blood which further goes against the grain of losing weight without doing cardio. It couldn’t be my donation could it?
Today’s workout of hams
10 reps/10 second contracted pause/ 10 reps /10 sec contracted pause/ 10 reps/10 sec contracted pause
Standing leg curl superset glute kickback
Kneeling leg curl superset glute bridges
Bent leg deadlift SS stiff leg dB deadlift
Abductor SS adductor
Excellent workout considering the lack of carbs and being fasted.

Got tren caugh for the first time this morning, holy shit! My wife didn't know what the hell was going on, when I told her, she rolled her eyes and walked off...lol
I was starting to think I was lucky enough not to get it, being I've run five or tren cycles before

Felt like a Volkswagen was on my chest, short of breath and coughing. Coughing not so bad, the extreme heartburn and pressure was killer.
After thinking about, I realized why I've never gotten it. I always pin tren with test, and draw the tren first, that way if I pass through a vein there's no chance of tren getting in. I having been taking test this week or last, trying to dry up for the comp pics

Went to do legs tonight but my knees were too sore from Sunday so I did 35min of cardio and some short HIIT with abs.
