2nd workout-Cardio sucked. Really feeling the lack of carbs. EC stack needed.

Got another workout in this morning. Shoulders are very weak, couldn't hardly bench the bar without them hurting. That's so crazy, I was getting 315 for several reps a few months ago. Oh well, I'll build it back up slowly

I thought that to start with, but diesels pics surprised me. Haven't seen much out of you lately, you may surprise us too! Although cape says he hasn't hit on much, some of the pics he's posted showed some good improvements. Gonna be interested in seeing cajuns "natural" results...lol Ghetto is going to look awesome as always, will be interesting to see if he's made any improvements, even though he said he hasn't. I have a feeling lopan is holding back on us, and no telling what bg and the ms is gonna produce!

Very good analysis. Do not underestimate anyone. Damn Ragin has had the most amount of energy of all of us. MS has also had spurts that made me tired just reading what he did. MS was on a mission.
Just look at the results of Diesel. That’s one determined person. Tarm took an unconventional training route. And is probably shredded.
Cape- watch out for him. I think he is playing us. He will probably look like Kai.
Then ther’s Tarzan with his remarkable weight loss. Not many people can keep going like he does.
We cannot forget DLP- probably playing us also. All of a sudden he got the perfect job and disappeared.
Ghetto, BG and Mrs BG- they were remarkable to begin with.
There were a lot of injuries and even operations during this competition and everyone stuck with more than any other person would. It would be easy to give up. Hats off to the heart and soul of the older generation.
I am hoping that my skin will tighten up, but I don’t think so. The good thing is I still will have 4 weeks to make adjustments.

I’m not coming in like I wanted to. I’m holding more water than I would like. We’ll see how I come in tomorrow. I will take a diuretic however I am super careful and maybe too cautious

Sam here, I've been on a herbal diuretic all week, and only lost two pounds. It may have something to do with me starting tren Monday. Not worried about it, but like cousin said, it's good practice. Got a lot to learn!!!
