Yea, hanging in there. Still haven't started back working out, life keeps getting in the way. Hopefully start back tomorrow. Luckily I've maintained my fat loss, actually lost a little more. Not happy with comp results, but very very happy with my results over the last year. I plan to start another cycle in April, try to do a little recomp

Finally, things began to go right. I am losing the fat that I wasnt. Started using frag176-191 although this was not the reason. I changes many things so I think everything contributed. I would argue that fasted cardio does not make a difference and cite studies. Unfortunately, the studies were all natural. Fasted cardio on AAS does make a difference. I eat my words and have seen the difference.
No days off. Its beginning to come together. 7 weeks to go.

First week in this contest I’ve had food prepped for the whole week. Have some grilled chicken boobs, some pork loin, few deer burgers, and some boiled crawfish! Even have some green things to eat as well.
