    Shoulders today,

Spent 30 min playing hoops warming up. Kinda killed my workout a bit probably won’t do that again. Still got it in pretty good. Will be hitting the cardio tonight after I watch b-ball.

Indeed! I do not recommend using veins other than the standard. I fucked up purdy bad on a forearm vein and it wasnt pretty for a long time

When I first started competing I would dehydrate a week out (wrong way to do it). I had an FAA audit two days before the competition...... you do not want to deal with Feds when you are on a caloric deficit, dehydrated, and carb depleted. I wanted to slap them aside the head because they didn’t agree with me.

You should continue playing basketball. There are studies that you get huge shoulders and legs by playing basketball! You should not do cardio the same day as basketball (again studies) because it actually makes your legs shrink!

Time to get ready for my second session. Cardio, calves, abs, and posing. Killed chest this morning.
I can say that I am in competition mode now. I was on the cables this morning and this 40 ish woman with a great body gets in front of me and starts doing stiff leg deadlifts while I am trying to do cable crosses. No distraction. She then turns around and bends down. I could have looked but too much concentrating.
NO DISTRACTIONS- I guess I am nieve, I was trying to figure out if DLP sent her and she did it on purpose or if I just have bad thoughts. LOL

Haha, know what you mean. I'm a industrial contractor, and one of the plants we work at, our largest customer, has a contractor coordinator that's a true Boy Scout. He don't drink, use tobacco, or anything fun. He's already concerned cause I've lost so much, and while sitting in his office awhile back I had the clen shakes. He kept asking if I was alright, I told him I was having low blood sugar cause of my hypoglycemia...lol

B-ball is what makes my calves grow like no other l. I was so close to getting a dunk today too. I drop 5-10 more lbs and I will be throwing down again.

Also got my second session in 1hr of mixed HIIT and LISS

Maybe I will be able to keep up with you once I donate. I can’t even keep pace with A 10 minute mile. My heartbeat does not go down even when walking. Avg 155 bpm. This sucks.

Had a shitty workout this morning, just felt dead. Lot on my mind and maybe need to carb up some. Freaking weight has not moved from 188-189 lbs in a while.

    Wow. It worked. Thanks guys!
I went to Red Cross and donated. She said that I had hemoglobin of 15.4 and the normal range is 13-19. Does this mean that my respiratory issues during cardio were not hematocrit?

15.4 . man have I seen that number a lot recently. My wife went and had blood work done. the only thing the doc mentioned to her was that her hematocrit and hemoglobin was a little high, in the 17s (got a copy of the blood work and checked myself) well we both decide to go donate blood. I expected mine to be 19 or so. well when we both walked out of there and looked at the paper they gave us BOTH of our hemoglobin was 15.4 on the dot.
wtf. how did hers drop so much in a week and why was mine so low when I felt like it was high (I've had it checked enough to know when I feel its high).

how many of you guys ever see the number 15.4 when you go to donate blood ?

I'm not a conspiracy person . but its almost like thats the number they are trained to write down just in case they don't get an accurate reading from a person and they don't want to prick your finger again, idk. but seemed fishy to me , and here I see that exact same number again to the dot

The portable machines they use to test at blood drives are inaccurate. I went in to donate 4 months ago and had a reading of 21.8. I had just had my physical blood work done the day before at a clinic and it was 17.5. The lady retested it and it came back at 18 so they let me donate.

I donated Thursday at red Cross local blood drive and they didn't even test it.

    Upper body circuits yesterday,

Mixed in with some light leg work for some active recovery and cardio. Did 45min of HIIT in the evening.

    Abs and core today:
Just did 3 exercises for each bodypart and called it
Good. My lower back was feeling tight so I just did exercises to loosen it up, going back here in a bit to get some cardio in.

MS your killing me! 20 minutes isn’t good enough for MS , he needs to double the HIIT. Just when I’m feeling good, MS comes along.
I may be over 1/2 century, but I do not bow down to competition. I will get to that level, but please stop raising the bar. LOL
You keep me trying to improve on the cardio.
    Thanks for the inspiration!

I have too, I’m not pulling the fat off my lower abs at all. I’m upto 12-14 total hours of intense exercise a week. That’s basically two hours a day
