I only take eca in the morning. I like for my appetite to be suppressed, I can force my self to eat easier than I can stop myself from eating bad when it's not suppressed!

Just back from Day 1 of the competition. Did reach my goal but underperformed and I am redoing it one more time on Monday. Will not have the benefit of a carb-up day on Monday however.
WORKOUT 18.1
Complete as many rounds as possible
in 20 minutes of:
8 Toes-to-bars
10 dumbbell hang clean and jerks @ 22.5kg
14-cal. row
TOTAL: 260 reps
I'll find out Tuesday morning how this puts me in the ranking for this year. I know most here do not like this type of workout but if you want to see what this looks like you can see it here and Nicole is decent to look at anyway :-)

Diet back on point. Gained 8lbs during my carb-up which was expected as last time I did keto and ate a day of carbs I had a similar experience. Never exactly tried this type of dieting for a longer period of time. I have always selected one method or the other and just stuck to it.

Things are going great and I do not know why. My two workouts per day are leaving me drenched. Last night was a pretty wet night. The sweats left the bed soaked. I am upping my water intake to 3 gallons per day. I was vascular prior to this cycle, but I can start seeing the tren 's/mast's influence on the vascularity. I'm looking solid and something happened that my traps are much more pronounced. HIIT is going great and the sauna for 15-20 minutes daily. I also started posing daily for 10-20 minutes depending on availability of time. Within 2 weeks I want to be able to hold each mandatory pose for 30 seconds.
5 weeks ago I thought that I was done with my back. Now, I just want to stay at the gym however lifes constraints luckily limit me from staying. My first time on NPP and I have found something special.
10 weeks and counting!

Work. Has been overwhelming. Then crap weather had gym closed before after work. Broke down night before last and yesterday and went from "I am willing" to "I am not willing" so had good unhealthy food for dinner both nights.
Have found I have been very dehydrated and now veins are popping out of places like firearms. Back to "I am willing" good cardio this am. Been off AAS for a while but did increase my TRT a bit and feel better. Saving my gear for another time.

Our gym has a weight loss contest every year for the first three months. I was looking at the standings last night and there are a couple of people out of the 25 that have lost 20 plus pounds but these were very large people to begin with. They had the weigh in on Monday and everyone was congratulating each other on the hard work and loss of weight which is great.
I thought to myself it is amazing what this lifestyle will do to our attitudes and drive to achieve our physical goals the longer we live it and to what extreme we will take it to. Some of you have lost 20-30 lbs in 2 months and most people it would take a year to loose that if they are lucky.
Not to mention how we all are trying to lean and save muscle mass at the same time which I can guarantee the common dieter has no idea what we are talking about.
This has been said before but it is impressive the transformations that all of you have made in 2 months especially for a group of people that were not in bad shape to begin with. In our minds and eyes we all talk about how bad of shape we are in but compared to the general public none of you had anything to be ashamed of and some of you looked awesome before you started the comp.

I am sure some of you will disagree with me but I don't think a cheat meal is the the end of the world like we all think it is.
Like I tell some of the people at the gym being in shape and working out is great but you still can live a little a bit whether it is a cheat meal or a couple of cocktails now and then.
Now I will agree if you planning on going on stage that is probably a whole different story.

well, i need to change something, still weighing in at 190 today. that is almost 3 weeks at the same weight, may have to get back to fasting or cutting out the carbs. definitely stronger than i have been so there is that, plus some of the knots that my legs were plagued with are starting to loosen up some. i need to work harder on diet and cardio on my bikes. damn weather fucked me today, was suppose to take an off day and play golf with my step brothers.

Where’s GhettoBoyd? Trying to keep everyone herded is a full time job. People keep disappearing.
Nach is also MIA. BG is due for a check in also
BTW I thought that someone in the competition was 53, but I cannot remember who. Who is in the half century club?
