Legz tonight,
Warmup: calisthenics, BW squats
Squats:
4 sets of 10
SLDL superset with calf raises:
4 sets of 10 SLDL
4 sets of 15-20 calf raises
Single Leg Curl Superset with Calf Raise:
3 sets of 10
3 sets of 10-15
Hack Squat with pause:
3 sets of 10
Leg press With Duck walk raises superset with leg press half reps:
4 sets of 10-15duck walk (tibias anterior)
4 sets to failure usually 25-30ish
Cardio: 10 min LISS post workout, 40 min of fasted Cardio in the AM
Comments:
Trying to up the intensity to burn some fat off during my workouts. I’m pretty aerobically and anaerobically trained at this point so I am having troubles really pushing my heart rate during lifting. I’m trying creative ways to push myself. AM cardio felt really good this morning. I really like doing it and it helps start my day off better. Weight is still stuck at 204. I am leaving my bed soaked. Not sure what is happening but I have been on NPP for 4 weeks ( including the 2 week down time with my back) but now the night sweats are really bad. I haven’t even started the tren yet. LOL I do feel an increase in strength. Finishing off this week and then changing everything up.
The thing I do not understand is all of a sudden I am gaining weight but I have less fat then at the beginning. I have gained 6 lbs in the last week.
It’s a rare occasion that I like the way I look, but I had it going this morning after the workout. Tonight I am going to try and break a PR for time in the sauna LOL. I am going for 20 minutes. Around the 15 minute mark I begin to find it hard to breathe and my heart rate increases quite a bit.

30 more minutes of cardio, 7 minutes rowing and the rest on the bike.
Even ate good tonight, Pan seared wild hog tenderloin and some fresh romaine. Ate the whole thing!

Warm up: 10 min sauna, SITs exercises and battle ropes
HS shoulder press, super set with reverse flies.
4 sets of 10 Shoulder press
4 sets of 10 reverse flies drop sets 20-15-12.5-10
Lateral raise drop sets superset with incline sit ups:
4 sets of 10 Lateral raise 25-20-15-10
4 sets of 10 incline sit-ups, obliques left and right
Front raises superset with incline bench push ups:
4 sets of 10 front raises 15-12.5-10-5
4 sets of 20 incline BW pushups
Finisher:
Shoulder Pushups to failure

Decent workout today. Started having cold yesterday and it was noticeable today and performance were down a bit.
Clean and Jerk
Build to a Heavy Single
Built to 90kg
Conditioning
AMRAP 10:
50 Lateral Barbell Burpees
100 Double Unders
30 Squat Clean Thrusters - 52kg
Gymnastic Conditioning
5 Rounds of a 1:00 Window:
15 GHD Sit-ups
Max Kipping Handstand Push-ups in time remaining
Rest :30 Seconds between rounds

Hit up the blood donation place today! India has a very poor culture of donating blood and people will only, generally speaking, come in if the blood will go to a designated person. Kind of crazy but it's the way
it works here. Safe to say when I show up they are very happy to accept my donation. I forgot to take a picture of the worlds most obvious sign today which states: "Blood, once donated cannot be returned". I'll get it next time.

Uh oh. Wifey is getting pissed that I am leaving the bed soaked. The night sweats are pretty intense. I also just r alized that i have not compensated with increasing my water intake.

Ok . Knowing you, I thought there was some scientific reason. I automatically do traps with delts, but I am thinking of separating the traps alone in my afternoon workout.

Same issue here with water, seems I need to steady drink day and night or I will dry right up. I think being dehydrated at night makes my night sweats worse, if I drink water before I sleep I don’t have issues ...........except peeing a few times..........more then usual.
