You need to change something up. Too many crap workouts. Your losing time. IMO

Every bad workout of yours is a great workout for someone else. You have made great gains. Losing a week to everyone else could be the difference between winning and losing.
Just giving you my $.02. I worry about losing a rep to everyone else...... not that I’m competitive.

Interesting. Not something I think much about as I can only control myself. But in the end, "My heart will go on".

45 minutes in the gym, 30 on the bike, some jump rope, some ab roll outs, and some rubberband work. First time in my life I have worked out on Mardi Gras day! Heading to a friends house now to boil up some mud bugs!

The one that was unplanned was the inguinal lymph node and the test results came back very good. The other one was planned but not so soon which was the placement of a dental implant with bone grapht into the sinus cavity. That shit hurts but it was the last of 4. When they intibated me they broke tooth root and I developed osteomyelitis due to the treatment of my illness.

    Cardio and Sauna tonight,

Long stressful day but otherwise a good day. I wasn’t feeling totally recovered so I just did 30min of cardio and 20 min of sauna. Hopefully that will help jumpstart my weights tomorrow. Just feeling drained, and diet was poor today. Just felt like I needed to eat a bit more. Didn’t feel good at all doing cardio so I did about half. Hopefully I won’t gwt run down and get the flu lol

Start playing with the Mrs and getting in some light working out with her. Will help the depression.

No time today so hit up the old gym for a quick shoulder workout. Not done shoulders in that gym for well over 1 year. My arms definition is getting a bit better I think.

I am just downright confused.... I was on Test at 600 and NPP at 500 and drenched the bed with the sweats. Now I dropped the test to 200, dropped dbol completely, kept the NPP, added 500 mast, and 500 tren and have very light sweats. It doesn’t make sense.
I also dropped calories, added EC stack (starting small 50 e) and I freaking gained 4 lbs.
It’s like my body does the opposite of what it is supposed to. I did however feel the tren the first day...... insomnia and once again the opposite...: a woody all night.
It’s like my PID controller is not properly calibrated and I keep getting overshoot.
