Morning everyone. We are officially starting week six, and as charger69 said almost half-way point. No training for me today as my daughter got an all-day photoshoot. I feel pleased about my progress thus far and calipers yesterday showed me to be somewhere between 9%-11% body fat. Not sure I am going to be able to keep cutting for another 7-weeks as there is not that much more to lose but it's a good exercise in seeing where I can take this. As always, the fat on my lower abdomen is what is left and a small amount below my pecs.

    STARTING WEIGHT: 193.7
    TODAYS WEIGHT: 171.6
    BODY FAT TODAY: ~9%-11%

    We got 49-days left.

That’s the two hardest places to pull it off for me.

Didn’t realize how fast it’s coming up. Next week is basically 6weeks out! That means it’s time for the strict cutting!

Damn, 22 pounds in 30 something days, wow!

You should advertise for that meal company you eat everyday. I’m sure they can use the before and after pictures. I will take 10% for my fees, your welcome!

    Great work by the way!

In my first cycle I came into it training hard without taking a break. I am a slow metabolizer and enanthate /cypionate takes 5.5 weeks before I see the slightest change in the gym. I cut myself short of some gains by getting burned out lol, too many deadlifts, squats, benches etc at very low reps to failure... Gotta plan cycles so you are ready when that short period of growth/effects sparks up and you utilize it maximally until it's over.

    Back and Bi’s

4 sets of Lower pulley row with DB flies superset
    4 sets HAmmer strnght pulldowns
    4 sets upright row
3 sets bent over dB rows
    3 sets incline lay pulldowns
    4 sets Hammer DB curls
    4 sets iso DB curls
    3 sets EZ curls
    4 sets shrugs
    3 sets DB concentration Curls

    Comments:
Not the most intense workout, just wasn’t feeling it but I powered through it to get it in and done. Weight loss has been stagnant for the past week and a half. Typically between 203-204 in the mornings. Have lowered my cals this week by a couple hundred to see if that will stimulate some fat loss. Although things are still tightening up in the mirror and I’m getting more and more vascular.

Mine has become stagnant as well, stuck at 191. Not sure if I have been eating enough , definitely doesn’t feel like too little. My body just hangs onto fat like nobody’s business! Wish I had some test! Haha

have to switch my diet up some, less fasting. i also think my body is too 'acidic' as my stomach has been a wreck for about a week now. going to drink some lemon water and grab some baking soda, as i think that should help out some. i mean i am blowing the rim off of the pot over here!

I told my doctor to not be a pussy and give me the real pain meds. He just laughed and said okay. He also gave me a large dose of versed and hydromorphone via IV when he released me. . He also gave me both Lortab and Percocet for break through pain. They only thing they can say is no. Depending on how well you can tolerate pain meds, me they make it hard to piss, I had him call in Flomax as well.

You might want to call the doctor office amd have him call in antibiotics so you can start them today. Also a Methylpredzone steroid pack. Both will help with a faster recovery.

Hahaha ya she's crazy, over training a little and its starting to catch up with her. We are heading to Florida for the weekend so she will take it easy while with her family, she should be roaring and ready to hit it hard when we get back.

I have been so busy with work I haven't been able to get online much, I apologize.
