Yes. The first time he”fixed” me. Now it is maintenance. I have this huge knot in my left glute muscle. He could feel it. I was worried that it was from injections and then I remembered I was using slin pins daily. LOL
    I have one more session.
The first day I went to see him, I could not walk straight. My head was about 6 inches off the center of my body and I was bent over. Coming out I could dance...really.

You should be proud as hell of what you have accomplished.
I’m going to say this and you’re going to think I’m putting you on but preparation h will tighten skin. Old bodybuilder trick.
I have loose skin and I use prep H. It works to a certain extent. I have also used bag balm. That works too. These are only temporary.
The best thing is Radio frequency. It will tighten you up much more than the above but once again is temporary ( about 3 months). Not perfect either.

They do sell them there its just not on the side of the store that I shop. I feel bigger and sexier when I where women's shirts.
Plus the material is more delicate on my nipples.

Well if you are doing 2 reps per set it’s really not that much volume.

Best workout yet destroyed my chest and triceps. Went in an off time and there were no yoga pants to distract me. A trainer was just killing time and came over to help me with negatives and gave me some pointers. FML, I am going to be sore as fuck tomorrow. My arms are so healy I dont think I could play with a pair of nice tits now, but I would try.

Finally someone’s routine I can relate to! No supersets? I love the bi/tri superset.

Why LISS instead of HIIT? Also what does the sauna do other then decrease your water weight temporarily?

Because my quads were very sore from legs yesterday. And the sauna produced heat shock proteins that are helpful in recovery.

So glad I went to the Doctor yesterday. I’m up and mobile. Small amount of paint nothing to keep me down. I feel 80%. I know it’s a combo of everything I’m taking. I’m going to take it real easy. In past experience it would be 3-5 days to be this mobile after hurting it.

Finally feeling good. Killed delts today.

    Reps 15,12,10,8
Triset. Front delt press, front dB cross raise, low pulley front delt raise
Triset dB press, dB side raise, pulley side raise
Triset reverse pec deck, incline rear delt raise, shrugs (10,15 superset)

I did not feel my back at all today. My goal for the weekend is to get 5 reps on the squat with 225. Feeling great- two workouts in a row that were considered successful!

Slow recovery day. Worked back and did 30 minutes on an elliptical.

Weight dropped 3.5 lbs over night so down to 173.9 meaning I've dropped 20 lbs exactly since Jan 2. Exciting.

Just wondering. I don’t have time after my work out in the am. But could soak in the tub after work.

I just looked up a bunch of studies, hot bath will work in lue of a sauna. But it had to be hot for 20-30 min. I might do a sauna write up here soon, if I get bored.

Please do. I have been asking around about the possible benefits and no one was really able to give me an answer.
I did notice my vascularity improved while in the sauna so I go in for about 10 minutes, but not sure if that is a good or bad amount of time . You were the first one that I have ever seen write about the healing effects.

I wouldn’t bother with the mast at your atm bf% winny can and will shave off some bf at 12-3 % just not as much as if you were st say 10% it works very well and you’d have to use 100mgs daily if your at 13% stick with low test and ace at low doses it just eats fat away that’s your best bet Tarzan
