    One time I was sure that I had kidney stones because of the pain. After testing there was nothing and the Dr. Gave me a muscle relaxer....     5 sets 8 reps 225 lb deadlifts
    5 sets 8 reps hammer chest press
    5 sets 8 reps single legged glute isolation, each leg
    5 sets 8 reps pulldowns

    Dealing with some bicep tendinitis on both sides, mainly right. Trying to stretch them out but feels like rocks in my bicep and it’s tight as hell

    HAHA. Nah, not gone that far. She was out today though so my schedule got all messed up as she also picks up my daughter after school.

    Yeah, 3 1/2 weeks in and I can feel this is going to get rough. On the good side, every day in the afternoon my energy levels are super steady due to the Keto diet. Loving that part.

    I keep a good supply of those on hand all the time. When I was an avid golfer he was tired of seeing me for my back and just refills my RX without question. I don't okay much golf anymore other than a rare occasion.

    Those are good docs and are harder and harder to come by these days. I had a real good one back in the day, test, hcg , pain meds , what ever I wanted. Suck he had a heart attack and past away from to much partying. Real good guy.

    Have not been feeling 100% and skipped the gym last night. Wife called last night and today and said I sounded horrible. She made me take my temp. This sucks

    Not sure there will be any training today as the city is pretty much shut down due to some demonstrations. Not as cool as doing it back home. Any store that dares to be open, except pharmacies and such, can get into massive trouble by the local idiots coming in to extort money or tear their business to pieces. It's mainly a huge money grabbing scheme.

    One more reason I love were I live I never have to worry about things like this. Being we are all ultra conservative gun carying rednecks in our part of the country we are not real tolerant to looting and vandalism. People like that would be in for a rude awakening if they tried that in our part of the country.

    Fair to say it's a bit of the wild wild west here and I never go anywhere without a taser. Not much of a gun carrying guy for the simple purpose that I am WAY to fast to react and having a gun would not serve me well. Getting one around here is also, almost, impossible.

    Last week I had a little problem for a couple of days getting motivated in the gym and took 3 days off.
    This week Insomnia has set in (have always had sleep issues) night sweats are here in full force but I feel F*cking awesome!!!
    Its hard to believe things can change that much in a few days.
    Strength is awesome, focus is on point and once again I feel like a King walking into his kingdom when I enter the Gym.

    The scale is holding steady at 238 only down 8 from the start Its hard to tell 100% if I am getting leaner I think I can tell a little more vascularity coming in. I mentioned before I hate to change anything because I feel so good right now.

    I will try to post a couple of progress pictures tomorrow and see what you animals think and get your opinions or suggestions.

    Two guys laying down in the bed of a pickup, one guy driving, back up 50-100 yards from an intersection where looting/rioting is happening with semi auto scoped rifles. Open fire on a one two cadence. A lot of threats can be eliminated in a short period of time. Shooters pull a cover over them and the truck slowly pulls away. Two trucks and four shooters on different streets would be better.

    Never thought much about it though.

    Big enough caliber of course so maximum damage(multiple targets) would be done with each round. This is hypothetically speaking of course

    I"m not one to go overboard so I'm thinking a AR10 .308 with full metal jackets would be sufficient. Just so a it would penetrate more "obstructions" before stopping.
