I have hypothyroidism and it took along time to get it regulated so I never mess with t3/t4 other than my normal dose.
I have looked at trying the mast at higher dosage I have read like you mentioned that a lot of people are running it at that 6oo range. I have kicked that around trying it there to see if it works better for myself.
I will do some research on the ECA stack I've never really looked into it before.

You can buy the ephedrine in bronkaid at any pharmacy. You need to sign something and you are limited to so much per month, but it is more than enough. At first, I had to cycle on a couple of days and off a couple because I started losing weight too fast. I like it better than clen .

It’s “over the counter “ but you need to ask the pharmacist because it is stored in the controlled area where prescriptions are.
In other words, it is behind the counter so you need to ask for it but no prescription is required.
They control its distribution because ephedrine is used in some narcotic.

I take 81 mg aspirin in the AM and then in the PM. Do it just for heart health. Used to do it only at night but they are so cheap I got in the habit of putting them in my AM old man pill dispenser too. Most aspirin one should take daily is 325 to avoid stomach issues.

Possible for elevated hemoglobin to cause back pain? I'm getting desperate to figure out what the "other" pain in my back is. It's totally different from any back pain I've had before, and I believe is unrelated to my spinal problems. I'm starting to fear organ related, that's why I stopped my cycle. I'm long overdue for needing to donate, and wondering if that could have anything to do with it. I searched it and found a few articles that suggest it's possible. Gonna look for somewhere to donate tomorrow
