Until I started the this competition, I was only about work, diet, workout, and cardio. Anything else was a distraction.
I have been around all of the good influences here I now realize that there is a lot of eye candy and other things going on! LOL

Cape, Diesel.... where are you at? I am traveling and at training so I am bored. Leg day today so I didn’t workout either. At least posting on here takes away my anxiety and depression.

    Thanks for the tip!
I am going to do hams and quads together on Sunday. I will try leg extensions, lunges, lying leg raises, seated leg curls, and standing leg curls. Maybe even hack squats. Focusing on the negatives.
I am super pissed because the vascularity is just beginning to come out in my quads and the muscle on the side of the quad is getting more defined than ever. I need to improve this more, but without squats and leg press, I am not sure if I can keep it, much less improve it.

Yep, hack squats don't irritate mine, as long as I don't go to heavy. Stay light on the curls and extensions, going heavy may aggravate it. Bar only squats seem ok too

Legs today, pretty intense workout. Was able to squat easier today. I might up the weight a bit next week. My groin is holding up as long as I have it wrapped. Did 15 min HIIT and 15 min LISS cardio after the workout.

Tear drop on both quads looked pretty sick today, still holding at 204 as of this morning. Starting to get some of my upper thighs to come in too. Haven’t seen them in awhile, pretty stoked about that.

Ms, do you do hiit first, then liss? And do you think it makes a difference which is done first, if both are going to be done

HIIT first then LISS last as a cool down, then some light yoga or stretch after. Especially after a leg day. You can really see where my internvals where at with my HIIT training today.

I’m not sure to be honest. I got mine for Xmas i don’t particularly like heart rate monitors that go around your stomach but they are accurate. That’s probdbly what is still best. I haven’t honestly searched much.

iPhones = Apple watch. I have an android and have the gear something. I like it but IDK how accurate any of them really are. Go to BestBuy or a place like that and see what you like. The Heart things is best when it is around your chest. I love my android gear but it all comes down to what you like and if it is multi-purpose. Android phone and watch are water proff unlike the crappy iphone and watches.

Have you tried coffee or BCAAs? Or both?

I feel similar when working really hard and physically drained afterwards.

I know it is not technically fasting but maybe try some bulletproof coffee or tea. Try adding in some butter and coconut oil/MCT oil to your coffee. Once blended or frothed, it’s delicious!

Yeah don’t do burpees or any exercise that has you go into extremel flexion or extension. You will even have to be careful with crunches. I think for abs, doing standing or lying (on your back) vacuums are all you will want to do until the inflammation calms down.

    What a shit day!
Couldn't hardly sleep last night, woke up out of sorts this morning to begin with.
Jump on the scale and see I gained 2 lbs not really to concerned I realize water, sleep etc but still not real impressed with it.

Go to the gym this afternoon not really wanting to but it's got to be done. I start lifting and it sucks I'm not into it or even remotely enjoying it. My strength is horrible no stamina I actually quit 1/4 of the way through my workout and left.

I am so pissed at myself! I have never not finished a workout other than an injury.
I have no idea what happened today I normally walk into the gym like a king into his kingdom and walk out feeling like a God.

    Today really sucked!!!!

Sometimes your body needs a break. Better to rest and heal then get a crappy workout in that slows you down.

Tried a new strategy to not be nauseous. I limited my water intake, quite dramatically I might add, and it seems to have helped. Did not feel bad at all. Headed out to my old gym and worked a 5x5 program on the chest and then did arms. Finished with a 5K row.

I can start to see my upper abs a bit so that is good news. Quite a ways to go but I am very happy with the progress thus far.
