I like to cook too much and I am picky about food. Just make my own. The hardest part so far is one day I am hungry and can't fill up then the next day I have to make myself eat. No appetite at all.

Great idea, prepping is hard enough and with injuries becomes very hard. Many people say just get on stage, yes experience is great but you also have to be somewhat happy with your physique or its not enjoyable. You cant wait until your 100% happy, but you have to feel when getting on stage. Theres a trainer at my gym who wanted me to compete with him at the end of May, he was telling everyone and charged full steam ahead but things started getting tough fast now he's out. Trying to do to much to fast, at our age a nice slow prep is the way to go.

Never stopped altogether, that's probably what's wrong with...lol
I have took a week off here and there, and pretty much haven't been able to work legs much in the last year. I'm up to doing 135 on squats now, but even that still irritates it

Glad I am not the only one. Both shoulders have been repaired twice and I just said 225 is my max from now on.

Clocked in at 184.1 lbs this morning so down 9.8 lbs in total since we started. Feels good as a two-week mark.

Ok. MS. What would Dr McGill recommend for leg exercises? There is no way I can squat. Putting on my shoes is a task. Going to try arms today..... Very light.

I would think if it hurts that bad then probably best to let it rest and heal up

Total miles walked over the weekend was right about 12. The last 4 miles came late last night tromping through the woods trying to wrangle some cows that got out of my buds parents place. MS , thought of you, haha!

Bout to down some preworkout and go get after it!

My shit head dog ate all my chicken yesterday that I had put for meal preparation. Wife was not watching shit head. So she didn't know what she wanted amd I was not going through the what sounds good game with her. So this is spicy chicken and mushrooms with rice and quinoa. This shit will make you sweat it's so hot and I have not added the Szechuan spicy sauce yet.
