Got back from gym, great class. There is a grill in that class with the smallest ass amd biggest tits I have even seen. All natural. Pushed myself harder due to her.
I don't know how but scale says I have gained 7 lbs. Might need to get some HCTZ to get rid of any water weight.

Well, that was the weight first thing this morning. I have only gained 2 lbs. I was a little backed up with fiber. Seems like when I use a teaspoon and do two of them that happens instead of 2 tablespoons. 2 tablespoons is like shit through a goose. I also have to kick this diet Dr Pepper habbit. Way to much sodium plus the other shitty things it does to your body.

And the wife is going to be gone and the tren is kicking in. A cycle with high test and tren and a daily dose of Cialis could spell danger. Then again, been faithful for 17 plus years if you don't count the girls on pornhub.

Update: I decided to try legs today.
Standing leg curl. Ok as long as it is a slow smooth motion
Plate leg curl- same as above
1 leg Lying leg curl- same as above
Seated leg press - hell no. Couldn’t get the feet to go high enough to get in machine.
Seated leg curl- hell no- couldn’t get the leg on the bad side in the machine.
Lunges- did not feel stable enough to try
Hack- slow smooth motion ok. Getting in and out was a chore.
Squats on smith machine- surprisingly I could do them . Very light 50 lbs. very slow motion.

Paid the price for doing legs. It felt great while I was doing it, but terrible a small time afterwards. I had to go see a Dr today. Tended to agree that it was muscular and recommended that I go to a specific kinesiologist. She said he was the fast way or just wait it out 4-6 weeks. She could tell from the look on my face that was not an option. She also recommended that I do not do any legs for 2 weeks. I can do upper body seated and light.
Gave me ibuprofen and a muscle relaxer. She also said something about a steroid treatment as opposed to a muscle relaxer. Anyone know about this?
I was happy with my bp since I thought it would be sky high due to the pain. And cycle. Within tolerance.
Now, they also record BMI..... I am fucking obese. I know that it is not accurate but come on.... it says I’m obese.....
Good thing I’m cutting in another 3 weeks.

The steroids would be the anti-inflammation kind. Not AAS. Will help with pain and swelling. Hope you heal up soon. Just walk as much as you can. IDK why but walking always helps my back when I cannot hit the gym.

I’m going to hit the gym and walk. I have to decide if I change to each muscle group 2x week or not.
I the type of person that likes to make a plan and stick to it 100%. All of these changes are causing internal imbalance. Maybe I’m overthinking things. Wouldn’t be the first time! I just have to get better quickly.

I feel your pain brother, I've been hard headed and been fighting a fucked up back for a year now. I'm gonna try cardio only for a few weeks, maybe a few other things I know won't bother my back. If back still not better, I will stop exercising all together for awhile. Very, very depressing, but I'm looking at it for the long run

Tren is kicking in, Playing the game and cant sleep. Wanting the night sweats to burn calories but that will come. Off to the gym to do my fasting cardio class. I am hungry as hell. Totally changing up my schedule with only AM cardio and PM weights. Might have found a relyable guy to train with during the week. Saturday will be light focused traiining on certain areas then cardio class, I can't totally miss out on the talent in the saturday class, but just one class not two.
Seeing the change starting to happen, glad this is most improved. Some of you guys are already monsters. I will be back there soon enough. BB is the slowest sport that takes pure willpower and relentless determination. I know you guys have been paying your dues while I was layed up.

207.3 this morning and constipated as fuck. Ate a ton of cheese the last two days. Got some free samples from a vendor and it was damn good. Only good thing is that it seemed to push my lower abs out a bit this morning..

I'd go with the muscle relaxer option . the steroid option is going to be cortisol based steroids (anti inflammatory) , cortisol is catabolic and so are any steroids derived from it. Anabolic steroids are derived from Testosterone , Catabolic steroids are derived from cortisol. not only are they catabolic but they also can cause you to be insulin resistant and raise your blood sugar (so you get fat and you lose muscle at the same time).
not the best option to be taking for a bodybuilding prep. I personally take muscle relaxers for my back issues
