I’m running a refeed every second Sunday. That has seemed to really helped. This last refeed was actually on the 3rd Sunday so 3 full weeks of strict Keto. That might have been the problem.
I had been doing a ton of cardio, last week I had to back it down because my hips were killing me to lay on at night.
I might start doing a refeed every 7th day actually. My problem is, it takes a full 3-5 days to get back into ketosis even if I’m fasting. I know it don’t really matter persay other than a mental thing.

I noticed a dramatic drop in strength today while trying to do Front Squats. The diet has definitely had a strong impact but my conditioning seems improved.
Kipping Handstand Push-ups
3 Rounds For Time:
100-75-50 Double Unders
30-25-20 Kipping Handstand Push-ups
Front Squat
Build to:
Heavy 7 Rep - 90kg
Heavy 5 Rep - 100kg
Heavy 3 Rep - 105kg
NOTE: 1RM before diet was 130kg. Today it was hard to get 105kg up.
Conditioning
5 Rounds:
1:00 Row for Calories
1:00 Thrusters - 43kg
1:00 10 Meter Shuttle Runs
1:00 Rest

GH- give us an update on how the high test is going. I am very interested because I just recently went low test and liked it. I know that you also went low test at times. I would like to know what you feel the differences are... the good , the bad, and the ugly.
Also, how is the time with the pro trainer? Is it possible that GH can learn anything more? LOL

HIIT circuits tonight, shoulders yesterday.
Jacked my right shoulder up again playing with the dog just before going to the gym. I have that partial implant holding my labrum together and I think, when stuff gets inflamed the tissue swells and rubs over it. I worked around it, not the best workout ever last night but I got it done. Carbed up yesterday’s to help poop, it worked! But unfortunately my weight keeps ticking up. I actually looked much bigger and fuller this morning and today. So I know what amount of carbs I will need to carb up for a show, or at least a good starting point.
Today’s workout was really good, i set up a HIIT circuit of rows, pushups and weighted walking lunges with 10 deep squats at the end. Took me about 25 minutes to complete all 8 rounds. Basically no rest between exercises. I was pouring sweat and breathing really hard. Got my heart rate up to about 85-90% mhr for 12-15 of those minutes. That’s really where I wanted to work in tonight. After that i rested and got rehydrated then got 40min of steady state cardio in. 5x5 Deadlift workout today. That's it! Weight keeps creeping down, zero slowdown thus far. Held way more fat than I expected. Going to tag along Musclescience once he starts building muscle again as he seems to know what he is doing.

25 minutes of slow ass cardio, still not 100%. Down to 190.8lbs today, think some of it is water. Going eat some boiled crawfish today, will send pics. First boil of the year, fuckers are expensive!
