I went to the emergency room a few years back and everyone thought I was having a heart attack. Come to find out I had a gall bladder attack they removed my gall bladder with 5 stones in it the largest was size of a golf ball and the smallest the size of a dime. I had never had symptoms or problems before that day.
Surgeon told be he had been doing this for 25 years and didn't know they could get that big.

Pretty slow day today. Dropped some more weight and did a very short workout of 25-minutes.
Conditioning
AMRAP 25:
50 Calorie Bike
25 Thrusters - 43kg
10 Rope Climbs
50 Calorie Bike
25 Power Snatches - 52kg

I must admit I have never gone through the exercise to rip up this much. Never really been my goal. I am surprised by how much body fat I really have to lose. I guess I am finding this extremely useful to know where I really am muscle wise. Just some random thoughts.

Ah finally some time to go through the pics. Thanks guys nice progress pics. I will only compile poses not pics of an arm only et.c. A little summarized update with what we have by now.
The pictures are after to the left, before to the right.
To begin with the biggest improvement can be seen in the appearance of tarmyg's food. He must have whipped the maid but maybe not enough.
MuscleScience has definitely lost fat and the shape of his outer pec lining is visible;
ghettoboyd said he did a pre contest cut/prime and he was already lean and vascular to begin with but there is an evident bulk going on;
diesel101 shows a little more vascularity and some skin getting tighter at the delt/tri area showing more shape
tarmyg has lost fat and added some muscle shape and striations on the delt;
guitarzan has decreased his waist circumference quite a lot, coming in to this competition having been on gear we will probably have to wait for muscle gains until later in the comp;

Not going to lie I'm a little disappointed in my own progress but like we all say we are our own worse critic.
I have been strict with my diet but today was rough.
I have severe food guilt going on right now.I completely lost it today hashbrowns and toast with breakfast, tacos for lunch,bread with supper and a candy bar today.
Heading to gym now for a punishing workout
