    If it has a metal sensor wet a paper towel fold it up and hold it on the sensor. It will cool and the heat will come.

    Discovered what my "other" back pain is, gall stones! Ain't that some shit, ruptured disk, facet joints rubbing and gall stones all at once. Good news is removing gall bladder is out patient and should give me instant relief.

    I went to the emergency room a few years back and everyone thought I was having a heart attack. Come to find out I had a gall bladder attack they removed my gall bladder with 5 stones in it the largest was size of a golf ball and the smallest the size of a dime. I had never had symptoms or problems before that day.
    Surgeon told be he had been doing this for 25 years and didn't know they could get that big.

    That's crazy man! The did you feel any different afterwards? Obviously better than the day of the attack, but any different from before that?

    I must admit I have never gone through the exercise to rip up this much. Never really been my goal. I am surprised by how much body fat I really have to lose. I guess I am finding this extremely useful to know where I really am muscle wise. Just some random thoughts.

    The pictures are after to the left, before to the right.

    To begin with the biggest improvement can be seen in the appearance of tarmyg's food. He must have whipped the maid but maybe not enough.

    Not going to lie I'm a little disappointed in my own progress but like we all say we are our own worse critic.
    I have been strict with my diet but today was rough.

    Seems like BGs wife has improved her conditioning with a little more muscle shape and what seems like a tighter midsection, but most notably increased muscle mass, separation (back), striations (delts) and peaks (biceps);
