Doing great! Fairly sore in my stomach and side, where the went in, but my back doesn't hurt for the first time in a year!

Did the npp have a golden tint to it?

I am leaving my bed soaked. Not sure what is happening but I have been on NPP for 4 weeks ( including the 2 week down time with my back) but now the night sweats are really bad. I haven’t even started the tren yet. LOL I do feel an increase in strength. Finishing off this week and then changing everything up.
The thing I do not understand is all of a sudden I am gaining weight but I have less fat then at the beginning. I have gained 6 lbs in the last week.

Someone just told me that it is mandatory poses and a 60 sec routine in the morning and a 90 sec in the evening.

Pre judging- is when they actually judge you then you have the show and individual routine.

60 seconds in the evening with a 10 second warning. You do not have to use the entire 60 seconds. You have already been judged and placed by then unless something crazy happens between the morning and the night show. Some guys will come back that evening flatter some fuller but not the norm.

Been on the road since Thursday. Got a shoulder workout Thursday morning and cardio Friday at the hotel. Just got back from hitting arms. I was set to do core and low back but work has been stressful so I needed to grind out some weights.

Diet was somewhat ok, I did a recarb today. Look pretty full but also bloated. Next week the strict cut starts so this maybe my last full recarb day. I might do a mini recarb. It will just depend. My weight had been stagnant at 202-203 in the mornings. It’s time for the final push to start on Monday.

Why would you do this ? Not smart at all. It sounds like you are running Tren A , not NPP.

If it is tren , a bronchial dilator like ephedrine or clen will help with the breathing.

Not on tren until next week. Sweating a lot at night and gaining weight. I have upped my water intake. I’m pretty sure this is NPP and not tren. You will see, on tren no sweats.... at least the last 4 years of cycles no sweats as long as I inject daily.

222 this morning, that's 24lbs. I hate losing weight this way, but it's all I can since I can't workout. Arms have gone from 18 1/2" (flexed) to 17 1/2" since comp started...

That's ok, I put muscle on pretty easy. When this comps over, I'll probably quit losing fat and start clean bulking, give my lose skin a chance to catch up. Maybe run another cut cycle this summer...

I feel ya brother. Wife got after me with the trimmers yesterday and I swear I look smaller. None of my clothes fit, even underwear. I can see that extra skin in the belly area but weight has gone up and down. Strength and muscle endurance has gone way up but can't tell by size.

At least I am getting compliments on how much younger I look from a lot of people. No way I am winning this competition but the motivation has really helped.
