I am actually not sure what I am going to do from hear on out. I know I should kick in more cardio and cut some calories to lose more fat for the comp but at the same time I feel awsome and my strength gains are so good that I hate to mess with anything.

Has anyone heard about a diet based on your blood type?
I was working out and a trainer came over to me and started talking. He swears by the diet based on blood type.
Sort of sounds like a fad thing.

Dr D’Adamo made the diet. I have not had time to research , but I did see articles on both sides of the fence (why it works and why it’s nonsense). I did not have time to read them. I am sure MS knows something about this.

Yes and no, I’m still 20lbs lighter than I was when I was fit. So I knew almost to the half percentage point where my body fat% was at based on my weight. Now I have to go back to both the scale and mirror. I do have some new veins in my shoulders arms and legs that I’ve never seen before. My arms are probably as conditioned as they’ve ever been. Since I didn’t isolate arms and shoulders in the past, I’ve made huge improvements in that.

Another hour and 40 minutes of cardio. Weedeated, push mowed the grass, and put out some weed and feed fertilizer. That’s 2 hours and 40 minutes today of cardio, I’m spent!

36" jeans are getting way too big, my stomach makes me wanna puke. Thinking after the comp stopping fat loss till my skin goes back. May do some lean bulking for the time being. You can see my battle wounds from the surgery

Decent day but it took me about 45-minutes of stretching and generally farting around before I really got going. Felt a bit better today once I got going compared to previous days. These added calories are starting to work a bit (Scale showing more weight but it's just intestinal waste). It's not much but it is helping. Tomorrow it will be complete rest with only stretching and carb-up and first competition workout is on Friday with a repeat on Monday.

I would keep going with the fat loss until you reach your goal. After that you can work on your skin. In the meantime, try tightening your ab muscles by doing abs. The hardest part will be your lower abs, so i would make sure you include hanging leg raises. If you cannot do leg raises start with knee raises and graduate to leg raises.
I would do abs daily to tighten the muscle. This will help a little.
Once again, it is a bunch of things that help a little that wil get you there without an operation.
This is a process and it will take time. Gains little by little and you will reach your goal.
AAS will also help a little. I started out doing it naturally without AAS. I noticed a slight difference when taking AAS. Once again, its a process. Just do not lose the faith.

    Legs tonight:

    Warmup: 15 min b-ball

Leg press superset with toe raises:
    8 sets of 10

    Squat:
    2 sets of 10

    SLDL:
    4 sets of 10

    Cardio:
    20 min recomb bike
    10 min Incline walking

    Comments:
Not the best workout again, but my right knee was tight and sore. Most likely from all those trap bar dead’s I did on Monday. However all is not lost, woke up at 200.1lbs. lightest I’ve been since maybe my middle 20’s. Diets been really good this week, I really am getting to be a huge believer in refeed days. I’m still trying to dial in what exactly that looks like. Having gone 21 days in a hypocaloric state seemed to bring my wieght loss to a halt for nearly 2 weeks. I think at a maximum I only go 6-7 days then get into a hyper caloric State for a day. That’s what I’ve done the past two weeks. My weight started to trend down again late last week. But this week I’m seeing changes in the mirror and scale every morning.

Having my first refeed day today. Not super planned in terms of food except that I am focusing on eating pretty much only carbs. Had a good bowl of cereals and strawberries and some leftover apple pie for breakfast

    Keep going MS!
I am doing great. A couple of weeks ago, I was at my highest weight since I lost the large amount (6 years ago). I look so much fuller. Now to keep the fullness and lose the fat. I am on a roll. I am losing .3 kg per day. For some reason, my traps seemed to come out of nowhere. HIIT 4 days a week. I may move it to 6, but then there will be no rest day. There is no way that I am doing HIIT the same day as quads.

I am not sure about this ECA stack I have started. My appetite is gone completely and really don't feel very well on it. I am not sure if I am coming down with something or its the ECA. I have been taking it before working out and it definitely makes me sweat more than I ever have before.

Sounds like an ECA stack that works to me Although ephedrine gives me good feelings in the beginning, over time it just makes me nauseous/nervous. Upping the dose to get that good feeling will make it even worse, don't chase the dragon with this one

Got in 20 minutes of cardio, some stretching, and some rubber band work, about 45 minutes total. I am feeling yesterday’s workout, legs are fried.

The first month I just couldnt ever get dialed in. I was running tren A and test. Dropped it and cut test down to 250 mg pw. After being out two weeks with the back and then a week sick I feel awesome. I mean I haven’t felt this good in a long time. So I’m not adding anything or upping the test dosage. I’m not going to win this thing, but I feel good so I’m happy.

I haven't been on the good feeling part of it just the nauseous/nervous part.
