Ha! So my overcontemplation is what made me believe AAS is there to enhance my lifting. All this wasted energy yet still not an IFBB pro. Won't take it personal I'll go from being Jerry's little mouse cousin to Ronnie Coleman.

Surely it was wrong what I said, the guy asked like if he had no clue, but who am I to say anything, ruminating what the case really is, think of all the gains he could have made taking tren sitting on his couch.

I must be living in a warped reality engineered by the status quo. I don't even have experience with tren why should I believe it can be harmful.

    Got a solid recipe....
AAS respectively, train like a broken minded mofo, eat a fuck ton, monitor bloods and respond accordingly.

All the rest is bullshit, individual specific, horseshit.
Too much scientific anal-i-zation, nutritional mastrubation, and "my way is better" bs coming from sub 200lb guys that did this their entire lives.

I see a lot of skinny scientists and a lot of big dumb fuckers like me.

Just a minor set back, probably took my chances of winning the comp away, but I don't care, I'm it for the long haul. Still debating on continuing to lose fat, or bulk for awhile. I'm worried about having lose skin this summer.

Completly wrecked today! The body can handle one day but beyond that, it pretty much shuts down. Added about 300 calories of cheese today to get through the day but still feel like crap. Will be interesting to see how much of a difference this carb-up day will make on Thursday.

I’m definitely sore from the weekend hiking, especially my shin splints. I hiked in some old shoes so guessing that is the culprit in the shin splints. Will be doing some cardio later on!

Wanted to add, all of my workouts are done with 1 minute of rest between each set/exercise. I use a timer on the Strong app. Sometimes i take less rest, but I love utilizing the timer, makes me push harder!

I want to do that cool skulpting like pistal Pete did. If I could get my love handles and back fat to come down I would look really good. It’s shitty, at 7% bf I still have love handles and some back fat. Literal on my last dexa scan the only visible fat was on my sides

That’s kinda what I’m doing, I do a main compound lift at regular rest. Then after that everything is supersets with less rest between sets

I know I have never had veins under my waistline or in my legs like I do now. I know now I should have taken a tape measure at the start. Wife finds it a real turn on, so no matter what the judges say, I have won with her in her book. After 15 years the BJs had all but stopped but now I have had 2 this month.
I am going for the veiny look then.

I heard that there some kind of fat dissolving shots that can help get rid of problem areas after you get your bf low. Ask my doctor about them, he also has a health spa, he said I was too fat. I was 25% or so then

Really.... Try radio frequency. It will tighten up your skin for a couple of months at least. It is not perfect, but it allowed me to compete naturally coming from 240 to 165.

And here I am trying to be really nice and hide the fact that I am on tren . I'm so confused. LOL
I am feeling so good on this cycle that I forgot that I need to control the tren feelings. I blew up at Mrs Charger over something stupid that made no difference in the world

I still do not understand it, but I changed my cycle and diet and should have started losing weight. I actually gained 4 lbs. i held steady and I am down about 7 lbs. Everyhting is going great. I am on a caloric deficit and my weights in the gym are increasing every workout. Adding posing daily, but I am not counting it. I am trying to figure out how to put my music routine together. 11 weeks to go.

Only thing I could think that would be is injectable L-Carnitine which helps the body mobilize fatty acids for energy

    Ok, found it. It's called
Lipodissolve/Mesotherapy. A few brands around and results seem to vary.

I'll agree that one isn't 100% dead on, but I think it's close. I use that same one. What it spits me out is generally around the same number I'm thinking when I see myself in a mirror. When I'm lean the numbers spit me out lean numbers, when I'm fat, it spits me out fat numbers. *Note to self*, get lean.

Edit - I use that tool only for the % number, not the number beneath. The beneath number I'm not interested in.

yeah thats what I do . if mine says I'm 9% but my caliper measurements have me at 12% , I could give a crap less, all that matters is if I'm cutting those numbers are going down, what the number itself is does not matter.

Exactly. While it may not be accurate, mine is consistent. I don't care so much what my exact bf is, but more about how much I have lost
