Yep. I feel accomplished till I take a pic and it seems to take away about half what I see. Sounds like it’s an issue for a lot of us though and if that be the case then some of y’all are straight beast with how your pics come out and I clearly have a long road ahead of me lol. One day at a time though. I’m enjoying the process and being in the gym every day.

27 days left and I think I probably should have gone bulk instead of MI for a first cycle. Hah. However, fuck...that...shit. It will only take me two weeks to utilize my cutting protocol anyway. Interested to see how much better it works with test and dbol in the blood.

Diet is the key to seeing abs not sit-ups. They tone the abs, but diet is 90% IMO.
Whenever I question GH- he always slaps me with data (in a nice way). I’m expecting that again. LOL

I started melanotan. I forgot how much I hated it and the effect on my stomach. Less than 2 months out and I am not sure that I will be ready. I started late with my cutting.
I also started losing weight way to fast. I’m slowing it down. I’m down to 210 but I do not want to eat.
