I somehow never understood when tons and tons of people are pushing you and you let them that one day you'll snap and you will walk around angry and pissed off because of what someone did or said but you couldn't stop it. Eventually I went online somewhere else and posted a bunch of crazy shit mostly because I was angry and couldn't control my anger, than I went to the gym to get the anger out of me, than I faced my boss and a bunch of people in the office and i was calm but my mood and my face/body language said it all, Than i noticed cops showing up and following me to the gym and around my daily routine.. My life is falling apart and its because of the anger or rage

I wouldn't be surprised if they know i post here as well but yes i was angry and couldn't just be calm anymore so i posted a bunch of shit online about my anger making me a monster and shit like that, so i ended up going to the gym and working out like a crazy man destroying the weights for hours until my gas tank was depleted
Maybe my dad never thought me shit about life or maybe im just dumb as fuck and cant control my anger anymore but i see it now and the signs have shown themselves, i am being followed around

Control your anger, the problem with me was i stood up for myself when it was to late and everyone looked at me like i am crazy and my boss is a victim of my "bullying" meanwhile he is a narcissist and my life is now crumbling
