I almost told this company that called me for services to go to hell this morning and now I wish I had.
I have no idea how they are in business.
I have had to hold their fucking hands through the entire process and coordinate their employees to do their job so I can get info and pay.
I have talked to seven different people and none of them know wtf is going on or who to contact. There is no manager or designated coordinator as best as I can tell.

This is a shit show and once my check is in my hand I am gonna pour gas on this bridge and light it ablaze. Smartest individual I have spoken to is the mexican grounds keeper who is not that great with English, but said "They are fucking idiots in there."

I wanna keep him.

This is some good timing, I just read this and 2 hrs ago my labor friend I've known for like 8 years whom I've never seen cry a single time was crying like mad since his dad just died.

I have never done forearm focused/specific exercise.

Ok I tested the coffee burn thing today.
24 ozs of fresh coffee dumped on my head and it only burned my lower eyelid.

Rest of it just feels like a light sunburn.
