by , 07-28-2013 at 01:37 AM (An honest journey)
    Dear reader,

I always get nervous as the weekend approaches as it is an unknown. Anyone who have kids know that the weekend is mostly for them and with temperatures around 35C (95 degrees) we had to go swimming. I prepared everything in terms of food and were mentally prepared. Daughter and wife enjoyed ice cream, hots dogs, juice and everything else on the menu and I ate eggs and Babybel cheese. Made it through yesterday without cheating, feels like a big success for me. Of course, ...

by , 07-26-2013 at 06:17 AM (An honest journey)
    Dear reader,

Not much time for blogging today so a short update. Yesterdays all protein affair went fine but I will be switching it on Monday to run between 16.00 to 16.00 the next day. This so I can have a full meal and do most of the "fast" during sleeping. Did Chest workout this afternoon and will go back in for Cardio tonight as my daughter was up at 5am this morning and would not go back to sleep. Taking the Clenbuterol a bit later made me feel alot better also.

  3. Day 4 - an all protein affair

by , 07-25-2013 at 07:23 AM (An honest journey)
    Dear reader,

Today I was up at 05.20. My daughter had one of those nights so I kept waking up every 2-3 hours, fair to say I was bit a bit tired when I hit the gym at 06.00. I did not feel great going to the gym today and it got worse as I kept going on the Elliptical and 23.26 minutes into the cardio I simply had to stop. There was not an ounce of power left in my body and had to lay on the floor for about 10 minutes before going home. I am going to try and take the Clenbuterol after ...

  4. Day 3 - Honesty is the key

by , 07-24-2013 at 06:07 AM (An honest journey)
    Greetings,

This morning my alarm went off at 05.38 and I knew right away there was no way I was getting up. It simply was not going to happen. I twisted and turned for a while fighting with my own thoughts of guilt for not just jumping out of the bed and getting going. I finally went back to sleep and got up at 06.50 instead. My mornings are 100% occupied of preparing breakfast and packing the daily clothes for my daughter who I always let sleep in for a while. Making some coffee for ...
  5. Day 2 - exploring Ketotifen

by , 07-23-2013 at 07:24 AM (An honest journey)
    Good day reader,

Today I was up at 05.36 to do my 40 min cardio session and I did feel extra tired. I can not for sure say this is due to the Ketotifen I took the day before or simply the more intense workouts I am doing. I am thinking more workouts than Ketotifen but we shall see. Back in the gym at 11.30 for Legs day. This one always gives me workout pains the next day which I think is a good thing. When I leave the gym after leg day I can hardly walk as I have truly pushed every ...
