  1. Day 24 - Facing a BBQ this weekend

by , 08-14-2013 at 05:38 AM (An honest journey)
    Hi guys,

BBQ season where I currently live usually ends around December 31 and starts up again on January 1. Yeah, not a very funny joke but very true. People around here BBQ regardless of weather, warm, cold, snow, rain, wind, storm, yeah, you name it and there will not be any excuse for not BBQing. This weekend is such a BBQ event and lot's of people I have not seen in a long time will come and it will, undoubtedly, be a food fest with everything under the sun served and consumed. ...

  2. Day 23 - Same food but different order

by , 08-13-2013 at 04:59 AM (An honest journey)
    Dear reader,

I realize that creating a blog and updating it will generate less views than a traditional forum post but this format fits me better. After struggling to stay on point during night-time (18.00 - 22.00) where I am feeling very hungry (Still did not cheat) I have moved my diet around a bit. Same food but eating less during the day and more at night. I simply find it easier to eat less during the days when I am busy with work and such things than at night when I mostly sit ...

  3. Day 22 - Come on fat loss

by , 08-12-2013 at 12:36 PM (An honest journey)
    Good evening,

As I am writing this entry I am having an internal debate whether I will ever reach my goal. I know I will get there but tbh, at this point it feels long off. It really is a day by day affair this burn-all-the-fat-there-is goal. I realize that most people will start AAS before hitting 9% body fat but if I can not see huge changes the day I start my AAS cycle I will just end up being disappointed.

Today I had a anomaly in the gym. Felt like I could lift the ...

  4. Day 20/21 - Third weigh-in

by , 08-11-2013 at 12:34 PM (An honest journey)
    Hi guys,

First off, my photographer (read wife) was not home this morning to take an "approved" picture so that will have to wait until tomorrow. I have had a great weekend with plenty of cardio in the shape of water park, trekking, and other daughter fun. Sure beats standing on a treadmill. Today was carb-up day and it have been a great day but a bit higher in calories than planned. This was also the first week without the Clenbuterol and I think the numbers reflect that. ...

  5. Day 19 - Peanut butter, a love affair

by , 08-09-2013 at 01:06 PM (An honest journey)
    Dear peanut butter lover,

My current rotating diet have two tablespoons of peanut butter as a treat at 21.00 every night. If I could describe to you how much I am looking forward to this hour of the day in words I would but I doubt it would be enough. I sit in the couch, waiting, and at 21.00 hours the alarm goes off telling me two things, feed the cats and time for my snack. I walk out in the kitchen, open the pantry and first feed the cats. I then look over to the cupboard where my ...
