    Hi guys,

    Here are my daily totals. Calories are a bit higher as I was nauseous I simply had to eat more. Not sure why that was but eating more helped.

    Hi guys,

    Here are my daily totals. Was extremely thirsty today an no matter how much I was drinking I simply could not get enough. Did not even go to the bathroom that much so the water must have been really needed for my body functions. I also ran out of some of the food at home so I had to substitute with 1.2Kg of Pork filet.
