  1. Day 35 - Added some calories this week

by , 08-26-2013 at 05:50 AM (An honest journey)
    Hi,

I added some calories this week to see if that will help the fat loss. Yes, seems counter intuitive but being to low can do nothing but hurt the progress. Next week I will implement austinite's fat loss protocol and see if that will have any added benefits. You can see this here: http://forums.steroid.com/supplement...-products.html. As always it is important to only change ONE thing at a time or it will be impossible ...

by , 08-25-2013 at 11:08 AM (An honest journey)
    Dear reader,

This past week was, from a food perspective less than optimal. Saturday we had a party where lots of food were consumed and on Tuesday I had my birthday and food were consumed. I had already decided in my mind that if I managed to lose any weight at all this week I would take it as a success. 3. Day 32 - 1,537 calorie deficit, WTF

by , 08-23-2013 at 06:36 AM (An honest journey)
    Greetings,

I again feel like crap today. This do not seem to affect my gym effort as my numbers show and today was no different. Stayed on the same numbers or increased reps on all Chest exercises which I think is quite a feat considering how little I am eating.

My fitbit is telling me I used 3,063 calories yesterday and only ate 1,526. That is a whopping 1,537 calorie deficit. That do not seem healthy to me and to be honest, is just plain dumb. I have a calculated deficit ...

I am so damn lethargic it is almost unreal and this going from feeling like a king yesterday. It is so damn taxing I feel like just giving up. Would it not be for my new fitbit giving me all smiles telling me how good I am I would eat the entire vending machine. Ahhhhhhhh.........

  5. Day 30 - More fitbit experiences

by , 08-21-2013 at 07:54 AM (An honest journey)
    Good day,

My Fitbit is already changing my life, literally. Last night I got 8h 13m of sleep and I know this thanks to my fitbit. I drank 5.8l of water, ate 1,582kcal, took 13,610 steps or walked an equivalent of 6.35 miles, burned 2,680kcal and had sex for 5 min. Well, made that last one up but damn, this is an amazing way to documenting everything that is going on. If I only had a constant heart beat monitor I would be golden. This allow for truly last minute calorie changes at the ...
