    Did extremely well this week. Not sure why there is such a huge drop but both diet and austinite's protocol was changed and implemented mid-week due to a broken fridge. That could account for it but who knows. Here is this weeks values:

  2. Day 46 - Pushing ahead

    Dear reader,

    This weekend is my daughter's fourth birthday and we will be hitting up the Playmobile park here in Germany. I am not worried about cardio training one bit this weekend considering my daughter's activity level. I have also cooked enough food to last me through the whole thing and I am bringing that in containers.   3. Day 45 - Setting realistic expectations

    Dear reader,

    For a while now I have doing a lot of thinking around how-to set realistic goals. It is fairly obvious that if one do not have 100% controllable environment it is almost impossible to achieve goals at a specific time. I will use myself as an example and perhaps it will apply to more people in the same situation.

    Dear reader,

    If you like me cook your meals a few days in advance I am sure you can appreciate the feeling of coming home to find out your fridge have been off for about 14h and most of your food is ruined. Let's just say that some words were used very loudly. I picked up my daughter and went grocery shopping and I am now jumping right into a new diet and adding austinites cutting stack.
