    I dont know theres so many things out there now that are linked to cancer ite ridiculous, im not sure what I believe anymore. If your really that hungry at nite, chug a huge glass a water and eat some straight up protein i.e chicken,fish,turkey,shake etc. etc.

    Two scoops of vanilla whey and a tbsp of Flax oil, mix it up with 14oz of water and BOOM!! Great meal before bed!!!

    My friend, if you think your diet is in check and your eating pb&j sandwiches before bed, I'm betting the rest of it isn't that great. Post it up so that we can critique it. If your hungry before bed, time your 5-6 meals so that your eating a little bit before you go to bed. As long as it's within your daily macros, eat whatever. I'd go with a pro/fat meal, usually I have turkey burgers mixed with a salad, jalopenos, ect (mexican style salad). If your cutting, your carbs should already be limited, so really your only choice would be pro/fat. Btw, I always have natty pb even when cutting.

    I really like peanut butter and sugarfree jelly. Or if I don't feel like something sweet, steamed brocolli in the micro with a TINY bit of mayo mixed with soy sauce.
