Competing middle weight. My heaviest was 205 but I was a bloated soft 205. I leaned out to 195 and that is where I started the contest diet. My goal is to get 230-240 and compete in the low 200s RIPPED!

Carlos why didn't you just say something to me about the post. I'm a very down to earth person and would have gladly deleted the post as I did. I'm just tring to have some fun during this time of contest prep and if you have ever done a show you know what I mean. Just playing games tring to get in to my competators head kinda like what Arnold would have done back in the day but all in good fun. Carlos after prejudgeing I would like to meet with you. I found out about this show about 9 weeks from the contest day and figured it would be an awesome experiance. I only have a few friends that understand what my life is all about and they still ask me why do you put myself though this. I'm from Northern Maine and bodybuilding isn't very big. How about not at all............................. To the best man win. Big J

Get into my head? I just thought you were weird and had no social skills. I decided to do the show around the same time. It was 10 weeks out.

Picts 16 days out. I'm holding a little water in my lower abs and I've lost size on my chest while cutting but here's an update. I had a newb at the gym take the pict for me. He obviously needs photography lessons. And oh yeah.. I'm depleted. On very low carbs.

Pictures 4 days out and severally depleted. I can't wait to carb up and cut water so everything will be full and will pop. This is my first show and I've learned a lot. I can't wait to do the next one. I'll be bigger, fuller and can come in even leaner!!!
