I've already gotten PMs and emails from other boards about the contest. So they put 2 and 2 together.

I don't have a scale at home so I went to the gym Sunday to weigh myself. I gained 12 pounds in less than 24 hours so I decided to try and take it easy. I'm eating clean meals but throwing in junk here and there. Plus, Jason said he wants me to stay near contest shape and make slow lean gains. He wants me to put on 20 lean pounds for junior nationals. He said same conditioning + 20 pounds = major damage!

They were doing that any way as it is. The leaner I got, I had people walking up to me at the gym saying "wow you're ripped. What are you on? Winny? I want some winny so I can get ripped like you." However you forgot to mention he had a well shaped butock......which I'm pretty sure he's proud of. Everyone likes to know they have a nice bottom. I'm sure Rambo will agree with me on this as well. hahahahaha

Getting fat! That's what's up. I went last night after work and picked up 3 pies. A key lime, cranberry blueberry and a sour cream apple walnut pie. Now today, HR sent an email to everyone congratulating me on my results and now I'm receiving food gifts from people. Boxes of chocolate and other goodies. I just came back to my desk and there is ANOTHER PIE! from the same store I went to last night. They're trying to make me into a fatty and I'm going to enjoy every bite!

I lost a lot of size on my quads dieting. I over dieted and lost almost 4 inches. I burned them off doing too much cardio. Jason is going to train me starting next week so I'm sure he's going to kill me on leg day and I'll build them bigger in no time.
