That is what I am trying to get to. . . .

Gain some upper body Lbm and you will look way solid.

You know, there is a sticky at the top of this section that goes over some helpful guidelines on posting pictures for critique. I don't understand why members don't post at least one picture with tops and bottoms off.

It's relatively difficult to give a accurate visual estimate on your bf without seeing your upper and lower body together.
