Awesome work man! I would say talk to a physique coach if you wanna compete. You look great in my opinion but I'm no expert on competition.

Looking good, can't wait to hit the tren 50mg eod at end of my cut. Been having some health issues so haven't been around or making much progress, have to wait for things to take effect and get blood work. Need to get as lean as you.

Negative, not on my head at least - everywhere else it's like weeds. I have had a receding hair line since my early 20's & shave that shit all the way back way before I started the sauce

Look in the "what are you eating right now" thread for pics

But, it's a ton of beans, chicken, whey, eggs & egg beaters

Nothing too insanely impressive IMO. But, I am starting to grow again. Diet is a lot heavier, yet still lean. And lifting is more focused on med-hi repetition along with form than just max out weight.

Weighing in at 208 right here. This is 10 pounds up from last summer. From what I can see & all measurements I take, only few are unwanted pounds.

Waist is right at 33", bi's are 18.5" flat.

    Goal measurements are >32" waist & bi's of <19"

At that point everything else(body fat and weight) should align just fine.

Looking good, those are nice measurements, 19" arm is an impressive size, not too many normal people can achieve that lean. My long term goal is 20"ish, I am right around 18-19" at the moment, really need to thicken up my tri's so the size stays when the bf% comes back down.

Keep at it, it is working.

I have gotten close when I was fat. But, it's not the same at all.

It also depends on height - I'm right under 5'10" - so I am starting to look fairly beastly

But, the funny thing is - I still don't see it. People do more than I do myself.

I think if I was to see myself as "big" I would be the monster juicer I am not looking to become.

After getting a lot outside opinions it's interesting how we all see one another. And what's who's preference.

I hear ya, I'm 6'6" so 20" on me doesn't look as big until you get up close and see how much meat it takes to fill that space, then you see it, but I still won't have that shape a shorter person will get. I don't see myself as big as others do either, we see ourselves everyday and it is just normal to us, but when someone sees us who hasn't in a long time or first meet, they really notice.

Looking real solid. What is the point where you'd feel you would be "too big" because i remember you saying you don't like that huge look. 212 is quite large IMO for 5'9"?? Feel asthough the bigger you get, you will feel like you can get bigger?

    I'm a hair under 5'10"

My theory is to get bigger before I try to cut hard. My ideal weight would be like 205-210 @ like 8% Bf

So, if all goes well I'd like to push to 220 flat then when I cut - cut back to 205 or so

But, it's tough gaining real LBM

At a point I was damn near as fat, if not exactly the same

I don't know, it's been this long & I still like doing this if not more compared to when I started. But, I can't pass this to other people. No one gives a shit about what they look like - they put it last.

We are not in that category my friend. We care about health, longevity, and how we look and feel. Lifting improves all of that and more. We live in a society where people act like they don't care about their body image but that's just because they lack the discipline to research it and do what's necessary to change it. They basically lie to themselves and accept what they see in the mirror as ok. Because they're smart enough, they're good enough, and gosh darn it, people like them! (Old Stuart Smally SNL reference) most people are generally lazy and undisciplined.

That whole commentary/rant was based on the fact that I do not believe this:
"No one gives a shit about what they look like"
I think they convince themselves that they don't. Sadly. I'd wish to help all of the ones who would be willing to do something about it but I'm busy trying to survive and pay my bills doing my chosen profession.

Jesus, you put my thoughts into words - lol

But, that is how it really is - People, just want & want it now without the long never ending work it takes

The real cool part is that this is what sets me far apart from the norm. I fvcking hate the average, fvck average with a passion. . . . . . I much rather come home from the gym beat down, then just sit on the couch and take up space. Does it give me something special that the rest don't have? - well, not exactly. . . .But, it sure gives me a piece of mind that I do that not many are willing to.

That's why bodybuilders and other fitness type people statistically are more successful than those normal people who think about all kinds of things they'd like to do but don't act on it. There's the difference. Mediocrity is common. I don't want to be common. I want to be excellent.

    I dunno about being 10% - IMO 12%

I just don't care as long as it looks good to me & I fit in pants that I wore when I was 25- yet, I'm 60 pounds heavier

I just came off everything and shed an immediate 5 pounds of water

The other one is me right around 25

This is what naturally low test gets you, yet according to an MD right around a total test of 350 being 25 is just fine

Had no clue what it all meant back then at all

Yeah, my Bf isn't super low. I know I can get it there, but currently there is no necessity. I just try to adjust and lean my diet as I go along. To slowly lean out a tad more.

I was first tested right around the age of 25. My woman at the time suggested I see an MD since I had damn near no sex drive. Before, I was married and never thought about it.

Went to my PCP, she ordered BW. It came back in the mid 300's. She said I was fine, game me a script for some Viagras & said not to over think it.

Yeah ok - after a year of cycling, I started to understand what numbers meant what.

Currently I am getting extensive BW to make sure I am still solid after running this much gear.

How much were you benching in the pic on the right? How much can you bench now? That's a big difference.

    you said substance abuse,

just curious* what substance? (* since certain ones can greatly affect the physique in different ways)

if you'd rather not say that cool, i understand.

you might say i also had a little substance abuse for a while, depending on how you look at it.
