Bf% estimate
I haven't posted one of these for a bit. This is my best right in the middle of last summer.
I am gonna try to go bellow this Bf this summer while maintaining same weight. Hoping I put on 2-3Lbs. Of clean LBM this gyno full bulking season.
I weighed in at 194-196 @ 5'9 & 3/4
Second question - how far or is it possible to compete from this point? I would only compete in physique - my main area of concern is my crap flat ass abs. They just don't pop - but, my mid section is solid.
Right now I am 10 pounds up from this pic.

I would say sub 10%, not sure how far below, gets tough to guess below 8-10% accurately. Looking good though. What kind of comp are you thinking of doing?

Being in shape to compete is more important to me than competing itself.
We'll see how next few months treat me. I'm in recovery from substance abuse and life comes first than just being in insane shape.
The gym sure helps me stay on track. If I ever find myself doing nothing, I go to the gym instead of wasting time.

Well the point is to build the parts you want. That's why it's not a one size fits all sport. Some people only want giant arms. Some people want giant legs some people want the bodybuilding look and some the physique. Respect the fact that you know exactly where you want to be in this.

I look at myself now & I never thought this was achievable, period. Juice or not - it's not just the juice, it's a whole life style change.
My diet makes people cringe, but I actually learned to like it.
I workout 4-5x a week 1 1/2 - 2 hours each time. Why? Just to be different & I like it. It's like my only time of full on peace - fvck the normal & average. It's funny to see guy's GF's or wives glance at me real quick when I'm at the gym. That's an added bonus. Or friend's significant others make comments like, ummm - why can't you start going to the gym like him. Lol
Like today, curling 80 pound dumbbells next to a guy curling 30's. When I started going to the gym about 12 years ago I wanted to be me, but was that guy instead. I never thought it was possible.
And after this long now I know, diet is #1, weights are about an equal 2 with the juice. A ton of juice will just not do what you wish it would. I have had better gains on less & feel way better.

I'm a do it for the girls guy myself so I see exactly where your coming from. Every girl I've been with (about 2 or 3 all together) always put the hands on the abs when stroking not the legs hahaha

P.S I called this girl out for not having a thigh gap at the gym and she smacked me, as her sexy ass friend who sponsored a thigh gap and bubble butt smiled at me as she became wet. Yeah so I learned a valuable lesson. Never comment on a girls legs. Only comment on a guys

I make myself do legs about once a month - I walk around like cripple the next day. That counts right?
And I am far from having chicken legs. Most of my weight is in my quads, ass & calves. Just straight genetics. I feel bad for the guys trying to push themselves, but they have super scrawny legs that just won't grow.
Last I checked my calves were the same around as my arms.

Do you play any sports? I'm sure legs would help immensely with those if you need some other type of motivation lol
I'd say i'm on the bad end of the spectrum when it comes to storing fat even when i'm around 9-10% BF i always have an issue with being slightly blocky but i'll take it because i am blessed with being extremely vascular so i guess that evens it out a bit
Only so much we can control haha

Whatever my Bf% was last year, I'm going for lower Bf this year.
Started doing legs again. Oh geez their weak - big, but weak. I used to hit 400+ pound squats, now - oh geez
Still don't wanna shave my legs, damn it. Lol
