I think the lack of dairy / milk / lactose / cottage cheese has magically removed stomach bloat overnight - well 10 days later anyway. Weird.

Dairy is what bloats me as well, even if it's milk... Since cutting back my dairy I've gotten much leaner.... So I can see that would be working!!

Dropped a 25kg plate on it, removing plates from 6ft barbell / deadlifts, lent plate against Cross fit machine, knocked it, toppled right onto toes$
