    played soccer for 9 years before that, then got banned so i went to rugby and got bored after few years.
    so i went back to persue my track and field.
    went into gym to build up my muscles, for more power.
    then quit track and field.
    and kept training.
    and thats how i got to training lol.

    Sounds like a great # to start off with...if you feel like your lagging in the gym, feeling lethargic etc. and tired all the time, bump your carbs up about 1/2 cup to 1 cup per week until you hit the desired amount. Fat looks good! You should lose the fat in no time

    I hadn't worked my back in months..So i busted my back good yesterday and it hurts doing anything...I can't walk up my stairs without pain..
