    My bi's were undersized before I started this routine... It was kind of modified from swolcats advice..

    no problem like i said you'll prolly want to quit before you finish but if you do all the reps you should feel good or bad either way it'll be good and if it's not hard enough add more weight

    I just have normal syrup and eating 3/4 cup of oats with it..would cheese be a big no because of the fat then..

    I buy waldens syrup....0 everything just a little sodium.
    You can buy fat free cheese or full fat cheese for a pro/fat meal.
