well im looking for "vet med west" and the map on the school site doesnt show it. luckily the class is Inactivity and Disease. basically we talk about lazy people and why they have heart problems, diabetes, and a shorter life expectancy. its right up your alley. and you forget this is only my second semester here

Hey skully!! Today is an ify day...i could bearly sleep and woke up with a horribly wrenched neck...i have serious sleeping problems and idk what to do. I already take benadryl every night and melatonin...but i'm gonna try 5-htp (tryptophan) and maybe some yoga before bed

It did amaze me that they have 5 smith machines and not one standard squat cage. I had to use that thing that is tapered in the front and then has the crash bars where you squat. but that makes me real nervous in case of a forward or backward fall.

5-htp (or is it hpt?) lets your brain produce its own melatonin, not bombarding it with synthetic melatonin...and it also helps prodce more seretonin
and i do jack off on avg 3-4 times between 10pm and 10am...i usually am woken up around 7-8am with extreme horniness...
