Hey skully!! Today is an ify day...i could bearly sleep and woke up with a horribly wrenched neck...i have serious sleeping problems and idk what to do. I already take benadryl every night and melatonin...but i'm gonna try 5-htp (tryptophan) and maybe some yoga before bed

man that sucks you can't sleep. how long have you been taking benadryl to go to sleep? after while your body gets immune to benadryl. i take about 4-5 everyday and i don't get drowsy at all anymore. if anything it wakes me up sometimes.

my day has been ok i guess. put up a winder shade thing outside and thats about it. need to start working on my truck but damn its hard when its always 90+ outside

yeah, that's kinda what happend, I was walking around the house naked...I live alone. Planning to take a shower, then I was like, I should shoot up first. So then I did that and don't know where I put the thing after.

Also day 1 of Clen and I am feeling great... not shaky not weting my ass off just sitting here... I do have a very dry mouth and have been drinking water all day long, I do feel my body tempature is higher than usual, and I do have much more energy from before. So I know its working.

Also I lost 10 LBS after week one of my new 1200 cal a day diet....

So it seems that everything is going great besides my Iphone.

I bought a new belt too back in June and I am already on my last hole right now.... its a 42' belt... so that means that I about a 40-42 inch. not bad when I was a 46 back in Feb of this year.

NO cause its realistic food and I still have them spread out 2-3 hours through out the day.... I do get a lil urge at times but thats why I have a banana with me I cut that in half and I only eat half of the banana when I do get a lil hungry.
