haha. i think bein on cycle is a better time to drink. cuz after a few drinks while natty, your testosterone level decreases. but on cycle.. your level wont decrease cuz your levels will stay steady with your shots.

just diet and cardio. i usually run close to 2 miles a day now. about a mile to the gym and about a mile back. gave up bread and i think that helped a lot
