finished brewing my new batch of tren last night
little over 100cc's of 150mg/ml gun show in a bottle
used a bottle top filtration for the first time instead of a watman
got a little over ambitious and cracked the first one by pulling too much vaccuum

for tri's, I usually use the cable cross machine with my back to the pully in it's highest position. And kinda throw my arm forward like a pitcher without pivoting at the shoulder.

Pulldowns with the rope where you have to seperate your hands in front of your cock.

Dips are good too.
