    i know a guy who three years ago jumped from 63rd floor of empire state building. his severed leg landed on the ground in front of all these people, the rest on a landing of the building higher up. he's the 30 something-th person in history to do it. such a nice guy.

    My legs pumped up are the worse. Every step I tak the pump gets more and more. I cant do cardio after legs.

    Gym is going good Weighed myself there the other day 14 stone lol. Last time I was 13.4 stone. Couldn't believe it.

    Need a new routine I think too long with this one. And maybe a gym closer to my gaff aswell. 50 mile round trip for me to go to the gym.
