    ppl that stare at me while I train, when I'm in the grove....working really hard and sweating like a animal....I train hard, don't stare at me , do your own thing.

    personal trainers that are obviously ripping people off. seen one train this guy the other day, he gave him the heaviest dumbbells in the gym and was doing incline bench press, and then spotted the guy, doing only not even half ROM, and was like "good job" ...........wtf. and then another trainer telling another guy that you dont need weights to get bigger and stronger......... funny, you dont need a personal trainer either, and then yesterday this same trainer was training this chick, basically doing stretches for an hour.....

    This kinda shit makes me wanna become a personal trainer.... maybe i will..

    I see personal trainers coming up with these retarded workouts that make the fat fvcks who hire them look like total fvcking assclowns. I mean, it's obvious they're just trying to come up with some gimmick to keep the fatties coming back for a couple weeks until they get bored of working out. But still, you'd think there would be some ethics involved in swindling people out of their money.

    People in the way doing the biggest wtf exercises, there's one Indian guy in my gym that wears his cricket clothes and every exercise he does is just wtf do you think you are doing...?? Its just weird and retarded even a crossfitter wouldn't be impressed

    Lol say the funniest thing just now at the gym one cubbo (30bf probly) training 2 little dudes and the were doing hammers and swinging the weight up and the chubbo was like if u guys wana get as big as me u gotta push ur body and do the heaviest weight it's all in the mind...

    For the most part nothing I "TRY" to ignore every one and do my own thing, whilst being respectful the only thing that perturbs me is ppl in my way........except when the beautiful girls tight ass are in my face(exception made) lol

    Sorry in advance iron as I know your smoker, but the smell of a smoker in the gym really shits me.. If I was a smoker I would at least make a healthy attempt not to smoke too and from the gym.

    I completely agree with you, I was not always a smoker, and remember when i could not stand the smell of it, I remember I would ride in the very back of a 60 pas bus and if some one got on i could smell it as soon as they stepped into the bus..........wish i could decide to quit, my will power is phenomenal when i make a decision.

    My workout partner and me work for the same company. We're supposed to workout before work, but he usually, almost every workout, bails without warning. It's annoying as hell when, after a hard workout, I see him at work and get another lame excuse and hear how he wants to be 200lbs lol.

    That should be a justifiable homicide. You know what pisses me off more than that, is when you're doing squats and somebody asks you how many you got left. So you being respectful rush to finish so they can use the cage. Then when it's their turn, they do a single set of low reps (and weight) then quit.

He is probably 19 120lbs at most. And I couldn't hold in my chuckle when I first saw it. Think he was going for a bruce lee look but abs were not even great so...

    I was guilty of this the other day. We have 3 squats racks. I just finished bent over rows in one of them and the curl racks are always taken and both other squats racks were open so I went for it.

    I rarely get sick. Started using a gym for the first time in my life, and sick twice in the same month.
